Jon Medina (CO)
Creative Director and visionary behind Beacon Denver, Jon Medina shaped the venue’s signature aesthetic — from the Willow Weave Bar and Dance Floor Under a Cloud to the Backyard Oasis. His immersive design approach has left an unforgettable mark on Denver’s creative landscape.

James Medina (CO)
Builder and craftsman, James Medina partnered with his brother Jon to bring Beacon’s artistic vision to life. From large-scale installations to intricate details, James’s hand is present in nearly every creative build-out inside the venue.

Aleesha Anderson (CA)
A vibrant California-based fabricator, Aleesha Anderson is the creator of Trip to the Hive Mind, an interactive installation inspired by nature’s collective intelligence. Her playful approach to design merges movement, color, and imagination.

Sidney Connell (CO)
Designer and fabric artist, Sidney Connell envisioned the Celestial Stardust Wagon — a cosmic, reflective space for guests to lounge and connect. Her work blends soft materiality with interdimensional storytelling.

Nueshok Studio (CO)
Founded by Jesse Rathod, NueShok Studio specializes in experiential lighting design. Their kinetic LED “cloud” installation above Beacon’s dance floor transforms sound into motion, immersing guests in rhythm and color.

Diod Design (CO)
Created by Erik Ringler, Diod Design is the creative force behind Beacon’s Portal Room — a music-reactive installation of mirrors and lights. The goal: to make guests quite literally “see the music.”

Andrew Mack (LA)
One of the collaborating artists behind our Larimer Street mural, which won Denver’s Best New Mural in 2022. “Healing Ecosystem,” a spirited painting, encompasses crystals, mushrooms, and a frog in vibrant color.

Brendan Cooney (CO)
One of the collaborating artists behind our Larimer Street mural. “Electric Journeyman” encompasses rich teal, blue and purple. This mural won Denver’s Best New Mural in 2022.

Emily Kuchenbecker (CO)
A collaborator in “Perspective,” by Mario Nocifera. Emily Kuchenbecker is a glass artist inspired by the body's movement and the forces of nature.

Travis Powell (CO)
A collaborator in “Perspective,” by Mario Nocifera. Travis Powell is a mixed media artist and the designer of, the Light House which symbolizes a beacon of light, guiding individuals as they enter into the space.

Mario Nocifera (CO)
A multidisciplinary artist and storyteller, Mario Nocifera is the visionary behind Perspective — a cinematic installation exploring reflection, rebirth, and human connection. His work bridges art, performance, and narrative.

Pickle Town Co. (CO)
Founded by Jessica Sparzak. An ecoartist who created the floral pieces using organic matter around the Communal Table and the Willow Weave Bar.

Patrick McMichael (CO)
Architect and founder of Track Architecture, Patrick McMichael focuses on adaptive reuse and sustainable design. His work at Beacon repurposed historic materials to create new life within the venue’s architectural shell.

Corvus Design Build (CO)
Architectural metal work company; a team of Jacob Uhl and Sam Fletcher. These two fabricators created the Communal Table using 140-year-old box car reclaimed mahogany wood. This is located next to the Wilow Weave Bar.

Jordan Forge (CO)
An abstract sculpturalist, Jordan Forge is the creative force behind the rock-like sculpture running along the side walls surrounding the Communal Table.

Kendall Rose (CO)
Denver-based muralist Kendall Rose brought Beacon’s Backyard Patio to life with her organic, flowing mural — a celebration of color, femininity, and natural energy.

AJ Davis (CO)
Bold and realistic, AJ Davis is the multi-talented muralist behind the Green Owl painted in Beacon’s Back Patio.

Sean Zenner (CO)
One of the collaborating painters behind our Back Patio Bar and Truck Bed. The realistic illustration captures rich tropical plants and animal forms.

Ryan Lavelle (CO)
One of the painters who collaborated on our Back Patio Bar and Truck Bed, and is responsible for creating a stunningly realistic illustration that showcases the lush beauty of tropical plants and animals.

Emma Rose (CO)
One of the painters who collaborated on our Back Patio Bar and Truck Bed, and is responsible for creating highly realistic illustrations depicting the vibrant tropical flora and the female human form.

Andy Blair (CO)
Created by Andy Blair, Mood Swings is a steel stroboscopic 3d zoetrope. Precisely timed strobe lights and a rotating sculpture create a confounding optical illusion, creating stop-motion animation in real life. Andy's zoetropes aim to invoke the beauty of motion and Sisyphean pursuits.

Diana Merkel (CO)
The visionary behind multiple installations throughout Beacon, including the chandeliers over the Community Table Area as well as the Beacon, branded DJ booth.

Drennan Flahive (CO)
One of the collaborating artists of SOL - a unique take on the disco ball, located next to the DJ Booth. Recreated using Nikoli Teslas sacred method numbers of 3, 6 & 9. They aim to animate the capacity for community to be inspired and to shine and reflect upon one another.

Alejandra Serna (CO)
An Interior designer, Alejandra Serna, created the Mirror Waterfall with support from Drennan Flava. This installation mimics the function of a disco ball, capturing and refracting images and light around the DJ Booth.
Beacon’s Collective of Artists
Beacon’s installations were created by a diverse team of Colorado and national artists whose work spans sculpture, architecture, sound, and light design. Together, they’ve built a destination where Denver’s creative community, and visitors from everywhere, can connect through immersive art.
