Spotlight Connects
Spotlight Connects – Summer Series by Denver Spotlight
Spotlight Connects is a limited summer event series created for everyone, bringing Denver’s creative community together through live performance, discovery, and connection. Curated by Denver Spotlight, each night is an immersive outdoor experience where emerging talent and established local artists share the stage in a continuous flow of music, expression, and community energy.
The night opens with an open mic, open to everyone, including musicians, poets, comedians, and storytellers, giving emerging voices a real platform in front of a live audience. From there, the energy builds into a curated lineup of headlining performances, spotlighting standout Denver artists across hip-hop, R&B, indie, pop, and experimental sounds.
No two nights are the same. Expect a mix of rotating talent, spontaneous moments, and the possibility of surprise guests throughout the series.
At its core, Spotlight Connects is about access, giving artists a platform, giving audiences something new to discover, and turning a night out into a shared creative experience. It is where community and culture meet, and where Denver’s creative scene is amplified in real time.

Mile High Frequencies with JL3 and Aspens
Take your Independence Day weekend to new heights at Mile High Frequencies on Saturday, July 5th at Beacon Night Club. This night is all about elevated vibes, infectious beats, and a packed dance floor from start to finish.
Featuring JL3, the Chicago-based DJ known for delivering high-energy house and tech house sets, alongside Aspens, coming in from Vail and former Chicago resident, who will hit you with some bass. Mai Iachetti is an Argentina-born, Miami-based DJ and producer building a reputation around groove-driven house sets. She has done a mix for Hot Since 82's Knee Deep In Sound series and is booked at Club Space Miami with Factory 93.
GS5 is a Denver-based DJ, producer, and A&R at Andhera Records in direct support. His recent collaboration with Lee Foss on Jamie Jones's Hot Creations earned support from Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. He is a fixture in Denver's underground, sharing stages with Hot Since 82, Dennis Cruz, and Prunk.
Hotbed is a San Diego-based electronic music brand at the intersection of events, editorial media, and community building. Jiberish is a Denver-born brand that has shaped urban ski culture and music discovery since 2005.
