Trip to the Hive Mind

A passage into the inner world of a beehive, produced by California-based artist Aleesha Anderson. “Beehives operate entirely as a single organism, and Whether we know it or not for better or for worse, humans are no different. We are all connected,” says Anderson. Entering the hive is an immersive experience of light and reflections - saturated with color - vibrantly yellow during the day, and deep golden orange in the evening. The Hive Mind is not just a tribute to bees, who pollinate the earth and produce the sweet honey that we all love, it’s a space that invites us to experience wonder, connect with each other, tap into our collective consciousness and think beyond ourselves.
